1.Laboratories typically conduct product testing in the pressure range of 0-1.000Bar.

800 Bar is an extremely high pressure figure, and if a particular super duplex forged steel material is not utilized for the Block System, it might lead to major issues down the road, such cracking. Hommak imports Monoblocks from Europe, which we then process using our CNC machinery. With regard to cracking, we provide a 10-year guarantee on the Super Duplex Monoblock.

2. Manufacturers of laboratory-style homogenizers come from Europe, the USA, and Asia. All of them, with the exception of us, produce homogenizers with one or two pistons (plungers). However, the other substantial industrial homogenizers in factories have three pistons (plungers). As a consequence, the outcomes you get in your laboratory and those of your company will be quite different. (Won’t have the same impact or provide the same micronization effects.) On the other hand, our Hommak Lab Scale Homogenizers include 3 pistons (plungers) as well, and the outcomes will be consistent with those of your other Industrial Type homogenizers from the company.

3. Hommak homogenizers also run at the lowest RPM in the world since they are gear reducer powered. It lengthens the time between spare component replacements while allowing the homogenizer to operate more pleasantly.

4. All dairy products (milk, ice cream, drinkable yoghurt, protein drinks, milk shakes, etc.), chocolate sauce, topping sauces, ketchup, mayonnaise, tahini, yeast-bacteria cell disruptions, etc. may be passed through our 3-piston Hommak Laboratory Homogenizer with ease.
